1. Who We Are

When we say “Concordi,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean NoSuit Labs LTD. When we say “you” or “your,” we mean you as a user of our service.
2. What Concordi Does
Concordi is a wedding planning platform that helps couples organise their wedding — manage guest lists, share event details, collect RSVPs, and publish a wedding website. We provide a mobile app and a web-based wedding website for guests.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Concordi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Concordi. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
We use Clerk for authentication. Your login is handled via email verification codes — we do not store passwords.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Concordi for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users
- Use automated scripts to access the service without our permission
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload (photos, text, guest details). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content. When you delete your account or your data retention period ends, your content is permanently removed.
8. Intellectual Property
Concordi's branding, design, code, and features are owned by NoSuit Labs LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
9. Availability & Liability
We aim to keep Concordi available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues
- Data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Decisions made based on information managed through Concordi
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if applicable).
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app. Upon deletion:
- Your personal data is removed from our systems
- Your analytics data is purged from PostHog
- Any couple, guest, and event data associated with your account is deleted
We may also terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

13. Guest Data
When you (the couple) add guests to Concordi, you are entering personal data about other people. You are responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis to share their contact information with us (typically legitimate interest in organising your wedding)
- Informing your guests that their data is stored in Concordi
- Respecting their wishes if they ask to be removed
When guests submit an RSVP through your wedding website, they voluntarily provide their name, email, phone number, and dietary requirements. This data is processed to facilitate your wedding planning.
14. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain the Concordi service
- Authenticate your identity
- Display your wedding website to invited guests
- Process RSVP responses
- Send transactional communications (e.g., account verification)
- Analyse usage patterns to improve the product
- Detect and prevent abuse or fraud
We do not:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising
- Profile you for marketing purposes
- Make automated decisions that affect you
15. Third-Party Services
We use the following service providers to operate Concordi:

We have ensured that each provider offers adequate data protection. For US-based providers, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
16. Data Retention

17. Your Rights

- Delete— request deletion of your data
- Opt-out— we do not sell personal information
- Non-discrimination— we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights
Canada (PIPEDA)
- Access— request access to your personal information
- Correction— challenge the accuracy of your data
- Withdraw consent— you may withdraw consent at any time

18. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data:
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption in transit)
- Database is encrypted at rest
- Authentication uses secure email verification codes (no passwords stored)
- Access to production systems is restricted
- We apply rate limiting and abuse prevention measures
No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
19. Children
Concordi is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 16, we will delete their account and data promptly.
20. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
21. Cookies (Web)
Our wedding website uses a functional cookie (concordi-code-{slug}) to remember your invitation code. This cookie:
- Is strictly necessary to access the wedding website
- Expires after 7 days
- Is not used for tracking or advertising
We use PostHog for analytics, which may set cookies for session identification. You may disable analytics by blocking the relevant requests in your browser.
22. Changes to This Document
We may update these terms and this privacy notice from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
23. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
