1. Who We Are

Concordi is operated by NoSuit Labs LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

  • Address: 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom
  • Contact: contact@concordi.app

When we say “Concordi,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean NoSuit Labs LTD. When we say “you” or “your,” we mean you as a user of our service.

2. What Concordi Does

Concordi is a wedding planning platform that helps couples organise their wedding — manage guest lists, share event details, collect RSVPs, and publish a wedding website. We provide a mobile app and a web-based wedding website for guests.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Concordi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Concordi. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

We use Clerk for authentication. Your login is handled via email verification codes — we do not store passwords.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Concordi for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users
  • Use automated scripts to access the service without our permission
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (photos, text, guest details). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content. When you delete your account or your data retention period ends, your content is permanently removed.

8. Intellectual Property

Concordi's branding, design, code, and features are owned by NoSuit Labs LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

9. Availability & Liability

We aim to keep Concordi available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues
  • Data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Decisions made based on information managed through Concordi
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if applicable).

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. Upon deletion:

  • Your personal data is removed from our systems
  • Your analytics data is purged from PostHog
  • Any couple, guest, and event data associated with your account is deleted

We may also terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.
